As a courtesy to all of our clients, we will call your insurance company or EAP company to verify your benefits and obtain authorization for services.
We ask all clients to please contact their insurance company or EAP prior to contacting our office. Oftentimes, service must be initiated by the client to their respective insurance or EAP company prior to our office calling them.
If you have any questions regarding insurance coverage, copays, coinsurance, client percentage, deductibles, or pre-existing conditions, we are happy to help you. Figuring out the insurance details can be a frustrating endeavor and we will do what we can to help in the process.
Our office does not outsource our billing. We manage all the billing to insurance or EAP by trained inhouse staff. We will provide you with a status update on your account at any time.

Our services are not covered by medicare, medicaid, or the public aid card. Other agencies in the Rockford, Il area such as Janet Wattles Center, Mildred Barry Center (for children), and Catholic Charities are some mental health centers that accept these forms of payment.

Sliding Fee Scale and Self-Pay is Available!
If you do not have mental health insurance or EAP, we do offer a sliding fee scale based upon your income, or a standard self-pay cash at the time of service rate. Please contact our office and we would be happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
